Traditional cookie-cutter retail strategies are being abandoned in lieu of more personal, experiential and omnichannel shopping experiences.

A response to new technologies and trends that are permanently changing the landscape, High-Touch Retail speaks to an elevated or premium shopping experience that provides a tangible and immersive experience for consumers.

At TBWA, my aim was to locate and involve brands in modern culture. I’d identified four key areas in which the High Touch trend is changing the status quo of Retail.
